
With the arrival of May and spring at its peak, it’s time to get back to enjoying the best of outdoor activities. For those looking to say goodbye to sedentary lifestyles and improve their well-being, there’s a free initiative to consider: the return of “Days with Energy”.
This municipal program will transform five of Porto’s parks and green spaces into real outdoor fitness centers between May and September. Yoga, pilates, tai chi and the Rose Method are the classes included in the free sessions.

“Days with Energy”: when and where?
According to the Ágora municipal company’swebsite, the program starts this weekend, from May 10 to 11, and this is the official calendar:
Saturdays
- Palácio de Cristal Gardens – pilates at 9am, yoga at 10am, tai chi at 11am
- Covelo Park – pilates at 9am, yoga at 10am
- Pasteleira Park – tai chi at 9am, yoga at 11am
- Parque Oriental – yoga at 9.30am, pilates at 11am
Sundays
- Porto City Park – tai chi at 9:30 a.m., yoga at 11 a.m.

How to join “Days with Energy”?
Participation in “Days with Energy” is, as already mentioned, free of charge. However, it is compulsory to register online via the Sports Portal.
