May isn’t long away, so you can start making a note in your diary. Next month promises a lot of excitement. For example, the traditional Electric Car Parade will once again ‘invade’ Porto’s waterfront, on May 3rd (Saturday), between 3pm and 6pm.
Promoted annually by STCP – Sociedade de Transportes Colectivos do Porto and the Museu do Carro Elétrico, the parade will feature 12 historic vehicles from the local collection.
This year’s theme is “The Electric Car and the Word”, a tribute to the linguistic tradition and heritage of streetcars. To attend, these are the prices:
- An adult ticket costs €8
- Under 18s and seniors cost €5
