If you can’t survive without caffeine, this news is for you: Porto Coffee Week is once again transforming Invicta into the coffee capital. Returning for its 4th edition, Portugal’s largest coffee festival kicked off on September 29, but don’t despair because the initiative continues until October 5.
After bringing together more than 2,200 visitors in 2024, Porto Coffee Week is back with an intense program that includes more than 20 activities, including workshops, coffee championships and lectures.
The initiative takes place in different venues around the city, but one of its highlights – the Coffee Market – will be held from October 3 to 5 at Alfândega do Porto.

Focus on sustainability and the future
This year, Porto Coffee Week focuses especially on sustainability and the future of coffee. For this reason, there are several moments that address this theme. As well as connoisseurs and the curious, the festival is also aimed at professionals in the sector, with various round tables.
As mentioned above, the Coffee Market is back and, if you’re planning to stop by Alfândega do Porto, you should know that entry guarantees unlimited coffee tastings (with prices starting at €10).
Some of the scheduled activities require prior registration or ticket purchase. However, you can find all the details and the full schedule on the event’s officialwebsite.
