Open until September, the space has a splash pad for babies, an area for children and another for adults.
In addition to the aquatic facilities, the municipal complex includes a café and restaurant, educational gardens, an environmental training center, a farm, a playground and more.

According to CMM’s official website, tickets can be bought online or in person at the following locations: Complexo Municipal de Ginástica, Complexo Municipal de Gueifães and Águas Santas, at set times.
The Gruta Swimming Pools are open every day, from 9am to 7pm, and these are the prices in force for non-residents of the municipality of Maia:
- From 3 to 15 years old – €4.67 (half day) and €9.38 (full day)
- From 16 to 59 years old – €5.89 (half day) and €11.72 (full day)
- Over 60s – €4.67 (half day) and €9.38 (full day)
