Would you like to attend a concert in a castle, monastery or convent? Thanks to the “Sons no Património” festival, such a scenario is actually possible. The 7th edition of the initiative kicks off on September 27, and runs until November 16.
The music event offers 17 free concerts, covering the 17 municipalities that belong to the Porto Metropolitan Area. From the outset, the program is varied, including electronic folk, fado, pop, blues and much more.
In the 2024 edition, the line-up includes names that are recognized by the general public, such as Lena d’Água, Bandua, Silly, Bateu Matou, Luís Peixoto or JP Simões. The kick-off will take place in one of Portugal’s most beautiful castles, in Santa Maria da Feira. But let’s take a look at the program.
