Se usas óculos já te terás deparado com o facto de eles ficarem embaciados enquanto usas a máscara. Vê aqui como resolver este problema.
Com o uso de máscara de proteção a ser obrigatório em cada vez mais locais, torna-se cada vez mais importante saber usá-la bem e de forma confortável. Ora, para quem usa óculos, isto pode ser um problema, mas também tem resolução.
Sabemos que podes ser uma das pessoas que não gostam de usar este novo adereço diário, nós também não, mas quem usa óculos de uma forma mais regular tem a sua vida ainda mais dificultada, uma vez que acontece bastante os óculos ficarem embaciados. Por isso fomos à procura de algumas dicas que, com certeza, te vão ajudar.
Porque é que isto acontece?
Já todos percebemos que máscaras de proteção e óculos não combinam. E este fenómeno de condensação ainda torna tudo mais complicado. Isto acontece porque a tua respiração é quente, e fica ainda mais quente dentro da máscara. Como as lentes dos óculos estão frias, ou pelo menos estão numa temperatura ambiente, a diferença de temperaturas causa esta condensação, também chamada de nebulização. E é precisamente aqui que reside todo o drama, é que além de perderes a visibilidade, o embaciado obriga-te a tocar nos óculos com as mãos e, consequentemente, na cara e nariz, o que é muito pouco recomendável. Vamos ver as soluções:
Coloca um clipe de metal junto ao nariz
O embaciamento dos óculos acontece sempre que a tua respiração passa da máscara para o espaço entre os teus olhos e as lentes. Para resolver este problema existem duas soluções: a primeira é encontrar a posição ideal em que a máscara se encaixa perfeitamente com os teus óculos, que com certeza já tentaste bastantes vezes mas sem resultados efetivos. Sim, as hipóteses são uma num milhão (risos).
Quando à segunda solução, bastante mais prática, é usar uma máscara com uma pequena barra de metal/clipe flexível que obrigue a máscara a ficar junto às paredes nasais (como podes ver na foto em baixo). Caso a tua máscara não possua um destes clipes, há sempre um pequeno pedaço de metal flexível aí por casa que possas usar para resolver este problema.
“Mezinhas” da avó para evitar o embaciamento
Para evitares embaciar as tuas lentes podes ainda encontrar soluções mais caseiras, daquelas que só os nossos avós sabem, como usar sabão ou espuma de barbear.
Se preferires usar sabão, basta aplicá-lo em ambos os locais das lentes, espalhar com um pequeno tecido de microfibra (para não riscar), enxaguar com água e deixar secar ao ar. Desta forma, a camada residual de sabão (que tu não vês) evita que a condensação se espalhe.
Quanto à espuma de barbear, o processo é basicamente o mesmo, sendo que a única diferença é que deves enxaguar os óculos com água quente.
Outros soluções práticas
Em muitas lojas de óculos são vendidos uns pequenos sprays anti-humidade que também são capazes de resolver este problema.
Outra das dicas é usares um pequeno lenço de papel descartável por dentro da máscara. Coloca o lenço de papel horizontalmente sobre a ponta do nariz, paralelo à linha limite da máscara. Desta forma, ainda te permite ter uma camada adicional de proteção, absorvendo mais humidade e, por isso, evitando a condensação.
A utilização de lentes de contacto, pelo menos nesta fase em que é obrigatória a utilização de máscara de proteção em praticamente todos os locais, pode ser uma das melhores soluções.
