If you’re looking for your next adventure outside the city of Invicta, Prison Island Braga is a destination worth considering. Amid mazes and corridors, each participant is challenged to test their reflexes, reasoning, and dexterity— all within a prison setting featuring realistic scenarios across 33 themed rooms, each with a different challenge.
The best part? You don’t have to be locked inside a room for an hour. After all, Prison Island Braga isn’t an escape room, although adrenalineand team spirit are common themes. With a concept inspired by famous TV shows like the legendary “Fort Boyard,” here you have free rein to explore the entire game “arena.”

Imagine you’re in a real “open-world” video game where you have total freedom to explore: this is the essence of Prison Island Braga. In other words, unlike traditional experiences, you can move freely without following a linear path. In this context, each team (minimum of two people) receives an electronicchip, which allows them to open each of the 33 themed cells.
Want to start with an agility challenge? You can. Want to ‘skip’ that challenge that seems impossible? Go ahead. Prefer to warm up your brain with a mental puzzle? Nothing’s stopping you. Or did you like a cell so much that you want to repeat it? You can do it more than once. That’s because the goal isn’t to solve a puzzle, but to accumulate as many points as possible in 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Plus, you can track your score via a real-time leaderboard. To help you make the most of your strengths, each cell includes a description of the category it belongs to— physical, tactical, or technical —as well as the number of points up for grabs.
More than just a game

Brain teasers, complicated mazes, physical challenges, and collaborative tasks that require teamwork, communication, and quick thinking make Prison Island Braga much more than just a game. It is an unforgettable experience for everyone from 7 to 77 — whether with family, groups of friends, at birthday parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and/or team-building events.

And since the way to this fun “prison” is no secret, you can find it in the Dume area, just a short drive from downtown Braga and right next to the Municipal Stadium.
The venue is open Tuesday through Sunday; advance reservations are recommended, and you should arrive 20 minutes before the time listed on your ticket.
