Brunchit, the famous Spanish chain, has just opened its second location in Porto. After taking its first steps in Invicta in 2024, with a space in Bonjardim, the brand has opened its latest restaurant, this time in the emblematic Ribeira area.
Located at Rua do Infante D. Henrique, nº43, the new Brunchit catches the eye even before you enter, with its flowery and instagrammable decor. There, as well as a cozy atmosphere, you’ll find healthy, seasonal dishes in a space designed for both sunny and cold days.

Highlights of Brunchit Ribeira
With 265 square meters, including indoor space and terrace, the new Brunchit has the capacity to seat 75 people, offering brunch options throughout the day. It’s also a pet-friendly spot, so you can bring your furry friend along.
Open from 8.30am to 7pm, the menu includes options for vegetarians, vegans and more. Some of the most popular options include:
- Eggcellent (€16.50) with brioche bread, salmon and avocado
- Ibérico Superstar (15€) with ham and grilled halloumi
- Choco Pancakes (€14.50) with the possibility of adding various toppings
- Cilbir Eggs Bikini (€14) made with two poached eggs on seasoned Greek yogurt, bell pepper butter, among other products.

Seasonality & drinks
With the motto “Make It Extraordinary”, the restaurant is committed to using fresh and seasonal products, adding new items depending on the season.
While the food menu promises to please all tastes, the drinks continue to focus on vibrant colors, such as a variety of milkshakes, cocktails, and Eco Juices (€6.90) like Bali (carrot, pineapple, papaya and goji berries), etc.

A brief look at Brunchit
Although it only has two venues in Portugal, specifically in Porto, Brunchit is already considered the number one brunch chain on Tripadvisor.
Today, Lydia Nieto ‘s brand, which took its first steps in 2015 in Malaga, has a total of 19 restaurants in Spanish cities such as Madrid and Barcelona. But how did the idea come about?
It all started after a trip to Bali, where the freshness and vibrant colors of the local brunch inspired the Spanish entrepreneur to create something unique in Iberian territory.
Since then, Brunchit has grown and intends to gradually strengthen its presence in Portugal, with an arrival in Lisbon planned for later this year.
