Increasingly, it is possible to fly from Porto to paradisiacal places without too much difficulty. For example, as of this summer, it will be possible to fly with easyJet to Split, in Croatia, one of Europe’s top tourist destinations.
According to a statement from the airline, quoted by the Porto City Council news portal, the routes will come into effect from June 23rd , with two flights a week, on Mondays and Thursdays.
According to the same source, easyJet will also maintain flights between Sal Island (in Cape Verde) and Lisbon and Porto, which will be reinforced during the high season (summer).
Split, a dream destination
From the north to the south of Portugal, there is no shortage of dreamy (and even unusual) places to visit. However, it’s always good to broaden your horizons and get to know new cultures and different countries.
So, if you’re thinking of going to Split and don’t know anything about the destination, then you should know that it’s Croatia’s second largest city and stands out for its proximity to the Adriatic coast.
With around 150,000 inhabitants, this beautiful city is one of the most important economic and cultural centers in the Dalmatian region, blending history with stunning natural beauty!
