Do you want to start taking better care of yourself and leave a sedentary lifestyle behind? Or are you looking for motivation to exercise, but without paying a dime? Good news awaits you: the municipal initiative (and free of charge) “Dias com Energia” returns to Porto’s parks, from May through the end of September.
Pilates, yoga, and tai chi remain part of the sports program, to which meditation is now added . “Dias com Energia” officially returns on the first weekend of May, the 2nd and 3rd (Saturday and Sunday), once again bringing entertainment and well-being to some of the city’s most beautiful green spaces.
When and where can you participate?

According to information from the municipal company Ágora, this is the official program for “Dias com Energia”:
Saturdays:
- Crystal Palace Gardens – Pilates at 9 a.m.; yoga at 10 a.m.; tai chi at 11 a.m.
- Covelo Park – Pilates at 9 a.m.; yoga at 10 a.m.
- Pasteleira Park – tai chi at 9:30 a.m.; yoga at 11:00 a.m.
- Senhora do Porto / Santa Luzia Garden – meditation, at 10 a.m.
Sundays:
- Porto City Park – tai chi at 9:30 a.m.; yoga at 11:00 a.m.
- Asprela Park – yoga at 10 a.m.; meditation at 11 a.m.
How to join?
As in previous editions, the “Dias com Energia” program is free to attend, but requires prior online registration through the Sports Portal.
