With summer approaching its peak season and the arrival of the school vacations, there are changes in some of Porto’s public transport and beyond, as is the case with Metro do Porto.
According to the company’s officialwebsite, from next Monday, July 21, Metro do Porto’s summer timetables will come into force. In this sense, the greatest influx will be seen, in particular, near the leisure areas.
Metro do Porto summer timetables
According to the same source, the changes to the Blue Line (A) and Yellow Line (D) are worth highlighting:
- Blue Line (A): operating on weekdays from 5pm to 8pm, with six cars every ten minutes in both directions.
- Yellow Line (D): six journeys per hour, in both directions, in the morning and afternoon, during the week.
