With the arrival of summer, the rooftop season has officially begun and, in this respect, there is something new in town: the new outdoor space of The Social Hub Porto.
Located on the 8th floor of the building, in the heart of Porto, the rooftop offers a panoramic view of the city, the coolness of a swimming pool (available only to guests) and a menu full of flavors.
Open to the public every day from 5pm, you can add this space to your list of rooftops to visit in Porto. There, you’ll find good music, signature cocktails and signature cuisine.

Keeping a sense of community at the heart of everything we do, our intention is for The Rooftop to become a reference point for locals. The idea is for there to be a lot of sharing, entertainment and good-natured letters to and from the city,” says Chef Cláudio Santos, in a press release.
In this context, the art of good snacking promises to be present in this open-air space, highlighting some ‘fresh’ flavors from the Portuguese coast, such as:
- Oysters from Ria Formosa (6 pieces, 24€)
- Prawns from Póvoa de Varzim (14€)
- Lily of the Azores sashimi (14€)
- Selection of seafood of the day, among others.
In addition, the menu reflects some international inspirations, such as:
- Grilled steak kebab with chimichurri sauce (20€)
- Grilled chicken and provolone kebab (12€), among others.
Drinks & desserts
In the hot season more than ever, cocktails are a good bet, so the drinks section aims to convey the spirit of Porto with the following proposals:
- Nortada: with rum, herbal cordial and sparkling water (12€)
- Leixões: black rum, amarguinha, mango and lemon (14€)
- Gaivota: tequila, Ancho Reyes liqueur, lemon and grapefruit soda (14€)
However, the menu also offers non-alcoholic options, which are just as original:
- Serralvez Fizz (€10)
- Solero (10€)
To finish on a high note, The Social Hub Porto rooftop also offers desserts and artisanal ice creams, excellent options for those looking for a refreshing drink on hot summer days!
