In the Holidu ranking, which we’ll see in a moment, Invicta comes third with a score of 8.38 out of 10.

A look at the methodology
To create this ranking, Holidu analyzed all the cities in Portugal, using keywords related to Valentine’s Day as a basis, including terms such as “cinema”, “jewelry store”, “romantic restaurant”, “florist”, “Valentine’s Day”, “chocolate shop” and the name of each city.
