The arrival of summer is synonymous with watching outdoor movies. That’s why there’s one more initiative you can include in your cultural agenda: the return of the “Cinema in the Vineyard” sessions , taking place between july and august at the Casa dos Vinhos Verdes in Porto and beyond.
The 2024 edition is curated by Paulo Cunha and Tiago Fernandes, with the theme “50 years of Freedom”. In a note sent to Porto Secreto, the organization explains that the aim is to:
(…) To invite reflection on social values and the transformative power of freedom, through a program that includes films from different latitudes and different genres.”
