In summer enjoying outdoor activities tastes better than ever. So how about a different suggestion for your evenings? “Serralves em Luz” is back for its 3rd edition, from July 4 to November 3.
A immersive exhibition which has already been voted one of the best in Europe to visit by the newspaper “The Times” returns this year with some new features. This year’s initiative is on the theme of “Dreams and Illusions”.
With the creative direction of Nuno Maya and his team, “Serralves em Luz” features a route of around 3 km with a total of 25 installations, in an experience that is intended to be introspective and colorful, in one of the best green spaces in Porto.
What’s new at “Serralves em Luz”
Speaking to the Lusa news agency and quoted by various media outlets, Ricardo Bravo, who is responsible for the management of the Serralves Park he said that this year there were “13 new interactive installations”.
According to the same source, the installations are activated as visitors pass by. There are also two commemorative installations:
- One to mark the 35th anniversary of the Serralves Foundation
- Another as part of the 50th anniversary of the April 25 Revolution
When can you visit the exhibition?
A exhibition can be visited from Tuesday to Sunday at the following times:
- Until July 28th: 21h30
- From July 30th to September 1st: 21h00
- From August 3rd to September 29th: 20h30
- From October 1st to November 3rd: 20h00
