“Porto Penta”
For fans of FC Porto and the world of soccer, there is a special temporary exhibition to visit at the Futebol Clube do Porto Museum. Open to the public since May 22, “Porto Penta” promises a journey through time.
The aim is to (re)visit objects, images, documents and other curiosities that have marked the dragons’ conquest of the five-time championship, the first and only one to date.
The exhibition is part of the FC Porto Tour (Museum + Stadium) and remains open until August 31st, from 10h00 to 19h00.

“Because those who don’t know art, don’t esteem it”
Starting this Thursday, May 23, at 5:30 p.m., you can visit the temporary exhibition “Because those who don’t know art, don’t esteem it”, on display at Cooperativa Árvore until June 3.
This exhibition brings together 14 works that evoke in some way the 500th anniversary of the birth of the famous poet Luís de Camões. In all, there are nine paintings, three sculptures and two art installations. Admission is free.

“Yayoi Kusama: 1945 – Today”
Open to the public since March 27, the exhibition “Yayoi Kusama: 1945 – Today” Serralves is one of the great cultural highlights of the moment in Greater Porto.
The exhibition tells the story of the life and work of the Japanese artist, who became famous for her avant-garde vision. In this exhibition, you can find around 160 works by Yayoi Kusama, including paintings, drawings and sculptures, among other pieces.
A cultural activity that promises to enrich your agenda, but also your Instagram feed due to the high aesthetic nature of the Japanese artist’s works.

“Blue vintage earthenware at the Miragaia Factory”
The Soares dos Reis National Museum (MNSR), one of the better museum spaces has a new temporary exhibition. “The blue vintage faience of the Miragaia Factory” will be on display until June 23rd.
According to a press release from the MNSR, this exhibition focuses on the ‘blue vintage’ earthenware produced at the Miragaia Earthenware Factory, in the city of Porto, between 1775 and 1822.

Exhibitions in the new Álvaro Siza Wing
Remember we talked about new Álvaro Siza wing? We were there at the time of the inauguration and had the opportunity to speak to none other than the Pritzker Prize winner for architecture.
And now you can visit the new wing of the Serralves Museum of Contemporary Art, one of the wonders of the modern world to include two permanent exhibitions:
- “Improbable Anagrams”, with more than a thousand works;
- “C.A.S.A. Álvaro Siza Collection, Archive”, which brings together the archive of one of the most famous architects of all time.

“Living Van Gogh
For those who love painting, this is a good way to immerse yourself in this world in an interactive way immersive.
“Living Van Gogh is still on display at Alfândega do Porto and is a truly unmissable experience.
In all, the exhibition features more than 150 projected works and giant sunflowers, among other attractions.
