Greater Porto continues to prepare to welcome the most magical time of the year. After Valongo and Matosinhos, Vila Nova de Gaia is now counting down the days to welcome the festive season. From November 30 to December 31, Gaia Vila Natal promises to be a destination to remember for the whole family.
According to the Vila Nova de Gaia City Council (CMVNG) website, the Civic Center and the Square at the back of the Paços do Concelho building will be the epicenter of the celebrations.
Various attractions will be set up there, such as Santa’s House, a French carousel, the Christmas train and the always fun (and much sought-after) ice rink, all of which are free to access. In addition, with children in mind, Santa’s House will be the stage for various Tales and Stories.
Market at Gaia Vila Natal
As well as the entertainment mentioned above, there is another reason to visit Gaia Vila Natal, namely the Christmas market.
The operators are not yet known. However, one thing is certain: gifts and treats will be part of the offer.
