Portugal is increasingly becoming a destination for big international names in music. However, this time it was left out of US star Jennifer Lopez ‘s “Up All Night” tour. However, one of the concerts is less than two hours from Porto.
More specifically, Parque de Tafisa in Pontevedra (Galicia) was the venue chosen to host the pop diva on July 8th. Alongside the Galician city, six other Spanish venues will host J.Lo. However, they are much further away:
- Cádiz – July 10
- Malaga – July 11
- Madrid – July 13th
- Barcelona – July 15
- Bilbao – July 16th
- Tenerife – July 18th
When are Jennifer Lopez tickets available?
According to the Galician newspaper Faro de Vigo, tickets for J.Lo’s concerts in Spain will go on sale on April 16.
Before that, an exclusive pre-sale is expected on April 14 and 15 for Banco Santander customers.
How to get to the concert from Porto?
If you’re a fan of the singer and her hits like “Let’s Get Loud” or “On The Floor”, you can always drive to Pontevedra.
In total, the distance between Porto and the Galician city is 169 km, with an estimated driving time of 1h43, i.e. less than two hours.
For this, one of the best routes is to take the A3 towards the Spanish border. Then continue on the AP-9. When you reach Pontevedra, just follow the signs to the Monte Porreiro or Tafisa neighborhood, where the concert venue is located.
