Cabaret – Unique Xperience: Halloween Edition
The MXM Art Center is a well-known venue in Porto due to the diversity of its offer. This time, it is promoting a special Halloween edition, featuring a dinner-show where cabaret and ‘terror’ come together on the night of October 31st.
To celebrate the date properly, dress up as a ghost, Wednesday Addams, witch, serial killer and/or any other ‘terrifying’ figure. After that, all you have to do is let yourself be carried away by the spectacle, while enjoying a delicious meal.
It should be noted that there are two options with different characteristics and prices. In other words, you can choose a ticket with dinner, or just to watch the show. Either way, burlesque and mystery come together to give you unique moments.

Porto Halloween Pub Crawl
For those who fancy a sort of ‘tavern rally’, how about trying the “Porto Halloween Pub Crawl”? On the night of October 31st, this initiative takes you through four bars and an incredible nightclub, with seven drinks included.
The meeting point is the iconic Fonte dos Leões. Afterwards, drinking games, challenges, a haunted house and all-night fun await you. To make the most of the experience, you’re invited to wear a terrifying Halloween costume.

The initiative aims to offer a sophisticated alternative to traditional Halloween parties, combining signature cuisine with a mysterious atmosphere.

Night visit to a wine cellar
Cockburn’s is celebrating Halloween with an unusual experience in its historic cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia. On the night of October 31st, the well-known Port wine brand is inviting the public to take part in a nighttime tour conducted only by the light of lanterns and cell phones
The initiative offers a different way of discovering the nooks and crannies and mysteries of one of the largest Port wine ageing warehouses. The tour ends with a commented tasting, where some of Cockburn’s iconic wines will be presented.

Mysterious Halloween at WOW
WOW, Vila Nova de Gaia’s cultural quarter, will be transformed into an authentic ‘house of terror’ from October 31 to November 2, with a chilling program for kids and adults alike.
There, the proposals include escape rooms, “Porto dos Horrores ” – a theatrical visit to the Porto Region Museum, a Halloween party at WOW and the Chocolatinhos workshop for the little ones.

The Fear Cruise: Halloween on board the Douro River
On Halloween night, Porto hosts The Fear Cruise, a nighttime cruise along the Douro filled with scary characters and inspired by horror movie classics.
For two hours, this trip over the six bridges between Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia offers live DJs, a bar and lots of entertainment in a macabre party setting. Capacity is limited to 80 passengers, guaranteeing an exclusive and immersive experience.

Located on Rua do Almada, next to Avenida dos Aliados, Hard Rock Cafe Porto is known not only for its burger creations, but also for its themed parties and events.
On October 31st, the most terrifying night takes ‘stage’ at this Invicta venue with Halloween Night, which combines mystery, fun and live music. The highlight of the program is Brazooka Rock Club, a band that recreates Brazilian rock classics with great hits from the 80s and 90s.

For those looking for a spooky but equally ‘spicy’ night out, there are also options in Porto. Magic Moments Restaurant is promoting a Halloween initiative on the nights of October 31st and November 1st.
