The fantastic world of chocolate and cocoa is returning to Vila Nova de Gaia for another edition full of delicious flavors, recipes and activities. After last year’s success, with over 50,000 visitors, the Chocolat Festival Portugal is once again ‘invading’ WOW.
For four days, from October 24 to 27, cocoa in all its different shapes and forms will once again take center stage. Tastings, showcookings, workshops, chocolate sculptures, kids cooking, talks and a market await you.
Highlights of the Chocolat Festival Portugal
With free entry, the program has been designed with kids and adults in mind and can be enjoyed by the whole family.
In addition to the activities we’ve already mentioned, some of this year’s highlights include:
- A sensory tunnel simulating a cocoa plantation
- A sculpture of more than 200 kg of chocolate by chef Leo Vilella
