Mini Zen

Between May and September, the municipal Mini Zen program allows children up to age 13 to participate in yoga and meditation classes for free .
The initiative takes place every week, on Saturdays, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Although admission is free, online registration is required through the Sports Portal.

Porto offers a wide range of options for those looking for fun and cultural activities with children. But if you’re looking for something different, the Candlelight Porto concerts are an excellent choice for a family outing.
These candlelit concerts show that music can also be enjoyed by the little ones.
At iconic locations in Porto, such as the Palácio da Bolsa and the Hilton Porto Gaia, there is certainly a Candlelight concert perfect for the whole family.
SEA LIFE Porto

Near Parque da Cidade, SEA LIFE Porto is an excellent option to take the kids, whether you live in Porto or are just passing through. After all, this is the second-largest aquarium in Portugal.
Withover 3,000 creaturesliving there, the space featuresvarious habitats and attractions,including theunderwater tunnel—the first of its kind in the country, with 500,000 liters of water—the penguins, and much more.

If you want to take the kids on a journey back to Prehistory, you’ll be glad to know there’s an immersive exhibition waiting for the little ones (and the whole family). The Dino Experience uses cutting-edge technology to recreate the ecosystem of the lost giants, combining 360° projections, journeys through the metaverse, and augmented reality that lets you explore the very insides of these creatures.
Along the way, visitors traverse Jurassic seas and tropical forests, listen to simulations of the animals’ original sounds, and feel the impact of meteors on the planet through an infinite room. The OCUBO studio produces the visual and interactive experience, while the Lourinhã Museum and the Museum of Natural History and Science at the University of Porto ensure the accuracy and scientific supervision of the entire odyssey.

This is a program that can be interesting for the whole family. At World of Discoveries, you can discover the world through the eyes of Portugal’s greatest explorers.

After Funchal, Lisbon, and Portimão, the 3D Fun Art Museum has finally opened its doors in the city of Porto. Since December, you can visit this new 3D museum.
You won’t find famous works of art there, but you will find plenty of fun. With several rooms and over 40 different scenes, at the 3D Fun Art Museum nothing is what it seems: you can climb a wall or become a superhero!

Known as a trampoline paradise, JumpYard has been operating in the Matosinhos area since early fall. With about 3,500 m², this is a space that promises to delight not only kids but also adults.
There, you’ll find dozens of trampolines, an artificial turf field for soccer games, and a KidZone with a 2,000 m² covered area. This last space, in particular, is designed for children up to age 8 and includes slides, a ball pit, and tunnels, among other attractions.

Bowling is one of the most fun activities you can do, whether with friends or family. So, if you’re looking for something (really) exciting to do with the kids, take them to Sould Park Bowling.
Located at Arrábida Shopping in Gaia, the space immediately stands out for its neon-filled decor, offering various entertainment options, such as an arcade area, stuffed animals, virtual reality simulators, and more.
