Who said that Metro stations only serve as a departure and arrival point for passengers? The 4th edition of “Há Música ao Fundo do Túnel” returns to Invicta to show just the opposite. For two days, from October 21 to 22, several free concerts promise to surprise Metro do Porto users.
This event is being held in the month that marks World Mental Health Day, and there are new features compared to the 2023 edition. In other words, this year, for the first time, in addition to the cities of Porto and Lisbon, the initiative will reach the train stations of Braga, Aveiro and Coimbra.
What is “Há Luz ao Fundo do Túnel”?
It’s an initiative of the Ministry of Health’s National Coordination of Mental Health Policies, which works to promote mental health.
We are going to meet the general population so that everyone can take advantage of the music to stop and think about the importance of taking care of themselves and/or their family and friends.In this way, we want to promote physical, psychological and social well-being, with a view to prevention,” reads the official website.
In this context, through free live music, “Há Música ao Fundo do Túnel” comes to Porto on October 21 and 22, while in Lisbon the concerts take place on October 24 and 25.
