Forget trips to the Netherlands to see tulips. If you live in Porto, you don’t need to take a plane or even leave the city to see these flowers in all their splendor. In various shapes and colors, more than 100,000 tulips bring life to different flower beds and gardens in Invicta.
Planted by professionals from the Porto Municipal Nursery, the ‘invasion’ of tulips in the city is already a kind of ‘tradition’ that precedes the arrival of spring. In total, there are 33,000 flowers planted in the municipal area and another 67,000 planted directly in the gardens, the result of two months of hard work.
