Porto’s cultural offer has just gained a new attraction for kids and adults: Wondersense. Located in the heart of downtown, a few steps from the Clérigos Tower and close to the Lello Bookshop, this new immersive museum aims to captivate locals and tourists on an intergenerational journey.
The space occupies two buildings, five floors and over a thousand square meters, with the aim of stimulating the senses in a fun and educational way. There, you’ll find various artistic and technological installations, as well as a ball pool and a balloon room.

“Feeling the world with all your senses”
Wondersense was born out of a clear desire: to create a place where we can disconnect from the digital and feel the world again with all our senses. We want this experience to leave a real and lasting emotional mark,” says Vasco Antunes, CEO of Wondersense, in a statement sent to Porto Secreto.

What will you find at Wondersense?
Signed by the Marques Soares group, the space was designed with all ages in mind, locals and tourists alike. There, you’ll find various immersive and multigenerational experiences.
In about an hour, you’ll visit rooms dedicated to the senses with visual, sound, smell, touch and taste stimuli, among other points of interest.
