With the arrival of may and spring reaching its maximum splendor, there is an increasing desire to enjoy outdoor activities. We recently shared the return of the program “Energetic Days” the city’s parks and gardens. However, there’s now something new: “Healthy Porto” is back.
From May 11 to September 28, under the slogan “A walk to discover the city”, you can visit some of the most emblematic places in Porto. In all, each route is around 5 km long, and the walks are led by exercise professionals.
“Healthy Porto” is an initiative open to the community of all ages, including people with reduced mobility. Promoted by the municipal company Ágora in partnership with RunPorto, participation is free of charge prior registration is required: here. Next, we’ll share the program with you!
